UBS Australia Structured Note Program

The Information Memorandum ("IM") for the UBS Australia Structured Note Program ("Program") for the issuance of notes ("Notes") is available on the UBS Bloomberg Page.

To access the Information Memorandum, Bloomberg users can enter 'UBS<GO>' into the Bloomberg Terminal and navigate to the 'UBS Australia Structured Notes' sub-page. Alternatively, users can enter 'UBS#STN<GO>' into the Bloomberg Terminal to navigate directly to the 'UBS Australia Structured Notes' sub-page and download a copy of the Information Memorandum.

Notes under the Program will be issued by either UBS AG or UBS Investments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 79 002 585 677) ("UBSIA"). UBS AG may act through its Australia Branch (ABN 47 088 129 613; AFSL 231087) or any of its other branches outside of Switzerland as it may from time to time determine. The issue of the Information Memorandum by UBSIA in Australia is arranged by UBS Securities Australia Limited (ABN 62 008 586 481; AFSL 231098). UBS AG and UBSIA are together referred to as the "Issuers" and each an "Issuer".

Each series of Notes is designated as being of a particular type of "Product" where the Information Memorandum ("IM") for that Product is comprised of a Part 1 IM (applicable to all Notes issued under the Program) and a Part 2 IM (applicable to that specific Product). Series specific information will be set out in the Pricing Supplement for the relevant Series.

The offer of Notes is made in Australia to sophisticated and professional investors only, and not to "retail clients" as defined in Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
